1. Platform purpose
YesMarca provides tools for users to create, edit and publish affiliate product landing pages from product links.
2. User responsibility
Users are responsible for the links, claims, images, product content and affiliate disclosures they publish.
3. Product sales
YesMarca does not sell products, process payments for products, handle delivery or provide seller warranty. Product purchases happen on third-party websites.
4. Affiliate disclosure
Offer links may be affiliate links. The page creator may receive a commission when purchases are completed through those links, at no additional cost to the visitor.
5. Acceptable use
The platform must not be used for illegal, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing content.
6. Subscriptions
Paid plan activation will only occur through confirmed server-side payment processing when a payment provider is configured. Card data is not stored by YesMarca.
7. No advertising approval guarantee
YesMarca provides page creation and organization tools, but each advertising platform has its own policies and review process.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The current version will remain available on this page.
